You only need to be able to defeat the bosses (who are related to the story and usually weaker than many random encounters) to progress which can be done with some tactics (this is one of those rare games where spells like silence/paralyze/confuse etc. You can and should run away as much as possible especially inside dungeons (actually very similar to Burai Gekan). You meet many Vedic deities.Ĭombat frequency is (very) high but it is not really a grindy game at all. I know little about Hinduism so this was interesting for me to play. This is a game based on one of the stories of Mahabharata, namely about Draupadi, the main character of the game (though main character changes in the final part of the game), and five princes (of course since this is a Wapanese game, two are androgynous one of them even turns into wombyn).
